These terms outline the conditions under which we at koitot provide online entertainment services—account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game play, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction restrictions. By creating an account on our koitot platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that our services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits.

Our koitot platform is not licensed by any single government body. We operate under the legal assumption that users access our services only from territories where online gaming and sports betting are permitted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that your location permits access before registering.

This page covers account opening, deposit and withdrawal rules, game settlement terms, bonus conditions, account suspension and closure, liability limits, and dispute procedures. Read this document carefully; continued use of our koitot platform after becoming aware of these terms constitutes acceptance.

Account opening and our koitot verification policy

When you join koitot, you must provide accurate personal information: full name, date of birth, and national ID details (KTP, SIM, or passport). We require identity verification before you can deposit or withdraw. Upload a clear photo of your ID front, and our verification team reviews it within a few hours. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account; we do not knowingly permit minors.

We at koitot reserve the right to refuse account opening or to suspend or close any account if we detect fraudulent registration, use of multiple accounts, non-payment of debts, violation of these terms, or activity we reasonably believe breaches applicable law. Grounds for closure include: providing false identity information, using a koitot account on behalf of another person, attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, or betting from a restricted jurisdiction.

Once your account is verified and activated, you access our koitot platform via your username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We at koitot do not request your password; if anyone claiming to represent us asks for it, do not share it. We do not accept liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Our koitot deposit and withdrawal terms

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). E-wallet deposits settle within seconds; bank transfers (virtual account) settle within one to five minutes typically. We do not charge deposit fees; your payment provider may. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your app before you confirm.

When you withdraw, you use the same payment method you deposited with (or a pre-registered alternative method on our koitot platform). Request a withdrawal from Wallet → Withdraw, enter your amount, and confirm. We process withdrawals during standard business hours; e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within an hour, and bank transfers within one to two business days. We set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits (displayed in your app). You cannot withdraw more than your available balance.

We at koitot reserve the right to place your account under review if withdrawal activity appears unusual (e.g., depositing once and immediately withdrawing, or withdrawing amounts significantly larger than your betting history suggests). During review, withdrawals may be delayed up to 24 hours while we verify account legitimacy. This is a standard anti-fraud practice.

Game settlement, bonus terms, and our koitot liability limits

We at koitot settle game outcomes according to official results or recorded data. For sportsbook bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other football fixtures, settlement occurs after official scorelines are confirmed (typically within hours of match end). For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), settlement is instantaneous—outcomes are determined by real croupiers and our koitot system records the result immediately. For slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), settlement is instant; outcomes are determined by RNG at the moment you tap Spin. For esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), settlement occurs after the tournament organizer announces results, typically within hours.

If we at koitot discover a technical error in settlement (e.g., a game paying out incorrectly due to system malfunction), we reserve the right to void the affected bet or payout and refund your stake. We log all game activity; if you dispute an outcome, we review our records and provide evidence to our support team. If evidence confirms our system processed the bet correctly, the dispute is closed.

We at koitot settle all bets based on official records and recorded game outcomes—no subjective judgment, no exceptions.

Bonus and promotional offer terms on koitot

From time to time, we at koitot may offer bonuses or promotional credits to account holders. Any such offer comes with specific conditions: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (e.g., "play through 5x the bonus before withdrawal"), game category restrictions, and expiry dates. These terms are detailed in the promotion notification when it is offered. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

If you abuse a bonus—for example, by depositing to claim a bonus and immediately withdrawing without meeting wagering requirements—we at koitot may void the bonus and forfeit any credits associated with it. We do not grant bonuses to accounts we identify as attempting bonus manipulation or fraud.

Limitation of liability and dispute resolution on our koitot platform

We at koitot are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or business opportunities); losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures; losses from unauthorized account access if you fail to protect your credentials; losses from system downtime or maintenance; or losses from events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to the balance in your koitot account at the time of the dispute.

All disputes between you and koitot are resolved via our in-app support message center or, if necessary, through binding arbitration—not through small-claims court or litigation. We at koitot do not accept class-action disputes. If arbitration is required, we bear the arbitration fees. By using our koitot platform, you waive the right to pursue legal action in court.

Our koitot customer support responds during standard business hours (typically 09:00–17:00 local time) via the in-app message center. For urgent account-security issues, we prioritize responses. General inquiries may take several hours; weekend and holiday responses may be delayed. If you are located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, you may access our support in English or local language.

Jurisdiction and service availability

We at koitot do not operate in all territories. Online gaming and sports betting are prohibited in many jurisdictions; these terms do not grant you the right to use our platform if your location forbids such activity. You are solely responsible for verifying local law before registering. If you access our koitot platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, your account may be suspended and your funds forfeited as permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operational jurisdiction. We do not claim to be regulated by Indonesian law or any other specific regulator. By using our koitot platform, you acknowledge that our services operate in a complex legal landscape and you accept the associated risks.
